"People have had enough of the huge sums they are having to hand over to estate agents. The cost of selling or buying a home is getting ridiculous."
According to the survey by Wow, cost is a key driver for our loathing of estate agents with 37 per cent of people resenting handing over a proportion of the value of their home to an agent. A further 29 per cent feel estate agents don't care about them, just their cash.

Emails are sent to you via a contact form on initial contact, so there is no need to disclose your personal details online.
Often with estate agents interested buyers are sent to view the home, and it can be distressing to the seller if the person is unknown to them.
An advantage of selling privately is having more control and getting to know the buyer personally before allowing them into your home.
Subscription
Once you have subscribed to a package, you have access to a custom designed template making easy to build your advert.
Your advert can be accessed anytime 24/7 via the internet. You can edit, add photos or remove your advert anytime without it affecting your yearly subscription.
If you have accepted an offer, you can add a banner such as 'Sold Subject to Contract'.
Your advert can also be displayed under 'Sold' or 'Let' until the end of your subscription term. It's advisable you do this, in case the offer falls through.
My Folder 
Registered users have access to 'My Folder'. My Folder is your own unique space allowing you to save your favourite listed properties. No more sifting through internet pages or book marking pages to your own PC, simply save to 'My Folder'.
